Project

Our 2020 project partner was delayed due to the COVID pandemic.

We worked with local muralist David Cobb to create a massive, 360-degree mural within the space. This youth--led art project highlights the Houston skyline and what Boys & Girls Club kids love about their neighborhood and their club. Thanks to Houston Community ToolBank for introducting us to David!

We also filled the space with collaborative desks, lounge furniture and toy and tech (thanks to Family Philanthropy Day 2021 with Greater Houston Community Foundation!) to have a really fun space for the club’s middle schoolers.
